The City Lions today will be facing newly branded Twin City FC in the first fixture of the Minnesota Fall Cup at the Park Center Senior High School Synthetic Turf in Brooklyn Center, MN.
These two sides last met in the summer when FC Minneapolis won 4:0 at the Orioles Stadium in their last encounter of the United Premier Soccer League.
Much has changed around the City Lions’ camp since then with the head coach choosing to give more priority to his second team that didn’t get enough playtime in the summer except for a few senior players who may likely appear on the roster tonight but it will be quite exciting to see what the young lads can do given the competitive nature of the stage.
