The UPSL West Division finalized its summer season schedule on March 30, 2024 with teams playing each other once throughout the summer rounds.
Following the relegation of Maplebrook SC, and Twin City FC from the Premier Division, two new teams Leon FC and 18/26 Aacdemy have taken their places after earning their promotion from the UPSL First Division League last season.
With teams spread across several towns, FC Minneapolis is going to be on the road seven times this summer by first traveling to Superior, Wisconsin to face Superior City FC on Thursday May 9th at 8:00 pm. Three days after, the City Lions will continue on the road to face St Croix SC in the City of St Croix on Sunday May 12th at 7:00pm.
The travel will continue with another away trip to Austin for a midweek game against Austin Villa on Wednesday May 15th at 7:00 pm before proceeding to Worthington, Minnesota on Saturday, May 18th to play Worthington Community at 7:00 pm.
The City Lions will catch a break from all the traveling with a Sunday evening Home Game against 18/26 Academy on May 26th at 5pm, but will get back on the road to face Leon FC for another mid week league on Wednesday May 29th, before returning home that weekend to host crosstown rivals Vlora FC on June 1st.
The club will be back on the road for St Cloud against Granite City FC on Sunday night June 9th at 7:00pm, before proceeding to Endor Nelson Stadium for Derby Night with Minneapolis City SC on Wednesday June 12th at 6:00pm.
A week later, FC Minneapolis will return home hosting St Paul Black Hawks on Thursday June 18th in the final round of the summer schedule at 7:00 pm.
